to the women who miss their spark
Seven ways back to yourself
Hi love,
I’m really happy you’re here.
If you found your way to this little love letter, chances are you miss your spark. You feel it. You know something is off. But you don’t fully know where to start.
It’s not about becoming someone new. And it’s not about going back to who you used to be.
It’s about remembering who you are at your core.
Remembering your joy, your heart, your truest self - your power, your softness.
Not the old version of you. The deeper one. With every obstacle you faced, every challenge you went through, every wound you got.
Your challenges
weren’t for nothing.
I also remember missing a version of myself that felt light and full of love. For a long time, I thought that was the version I needed to get back to in order to find my spark.
But there’s no going back.
You change. You grow. You learn.
And you don’t lose who you were - you build on her.
Think of it like a little video game:
In every level you gain experience points, you gain new weapons, unlock new skills and more strength.
So instead of trying to go back, take everything you’ve learned and move forward as a more powerful version of you.
They were just the preparation for this next phase.
And love, if you feel like you are at such a low point in your life right now and feel like you will never be able to go back - you will.
This is the turning point - where it actually gets juicy.
There are a few things you can do to reconnect with yourself and find your spark beneath all those layers.
Your spark isn’t hidden in big life changes. It’s in the small things you do every day:
it’s in how you talk to yourself,
how you get ready in the morning,
how you make food for yourself,
how you shower and how you dress,
how you think and how you move,
if you calm your nervous system,
if you are in sync with your body,
the things you consume
aaaand and and.
Don’t expect yourself to feel high energy every day.
I’m a joyful person - and even I sometimes want to hide under my blanket. We’re not here to only feel the good parts.
We’re here to feel all of it.
And depth comes from that.
Your spark isn’t gone.
It’s just buried under everything you’re carrying.
What can you do in your day to day life to find your spark back again?
It’s not about whether you can dance or what you look like. It’s about moving your body. It can be a happy, angry, moody or tired dance. All of it is welcome. But daaaance. It’s one of the most beautiful and easiest ways to reconnect with your body and with your femininity. So please dance dance daaaaance every freakin’ day - just trust me on this one.
Even though it can be uncomfortable, it’s so important to enjoy your own company. To be able to listen to your own thoughts, feel your own emotions. If you constantly distract yourself - whether it’s with people or online - you take away the possibility of processing, of growth, of healing, of inspiration. All of these things can only come in the quiet moments with yourself.
By truly taking care of yourself. Take the time to cook a beautiful nourishing meal - that’s actually self-love. Buy yourself flowers if you like flowers. Take yourself out, go to that new restaurant you wanted to try. Go for that walk, that concert, that dinner show, that food market. Dress up just for you. Love yourself the way you wish a man would.
This is also why I created Beamun - natural, certified organic skincare for slower mornings. It’s what I use. For skin that’s loved, not corrected.
So many women try to force themselves into a rhythm that isn’t meant for us women. Your body doesn’t work in the system you were taught to follow. She moves in phases. Understanding those phases and how to move with each phase is where the power lies. Start observing and treating your body in the way you deserve it.
So many women forget who they are and what they even like - and suddenly their hobbies are Netflix and meeting friends. Try out new hobbies and get to know yourself. Try things. Find out what brings you joy, what you’re naturally drawn to, where you feel alive. This is also where your spark hides.
It’s about making space for your thoughts and emotions. To really sit with it - naturally it becomes a little therapy session just for yourself. Maybe things are coming up you didn’t even know were still a thing, and maybe you also come up with solutions. Writing things out without a filter brings a calmness into your mind. And let it be messy. No one needs to see it.
Your nervous system shapes how you experience life. How you react, how you feel, how safe you are within yourself. When you’re constantly overwhelmed or stressed, it’s hard to feel joy, connection or peace. But when your system feels safe, everything softens. This is the foundation for everything else.
Beamun is your space for rituals around soft life, slow mornings, and a calm nervous system.

I’m really glad you made it this far.
This is your first step. Not everything at once, just starting.
And love, that’s already enough. You got this.
I am proud of you.
